Hi, I’m Arinze.
I am a photographer based in Edmonton who enjoys paying attention to people, places, and moments that feel interesting or quietly meaningful. Most of my work leans toward documentary-style images and portraits, usually shaped by curiosity and a bit of patience.
I’m drawn to the everyday things that often go unnoticed. Sometimes it’s a small gesture, a particular expression, or the way a moment unfolds naturally. Photography has become a way for me to slow down and pay attention to those things.
When I photograph people, I try to keep things simple and relaxed. I’m not particularly interested in forcing moments. I prefer to let things happen and respond to them as they do. The goal is usually to make images that feel honest and familiar, something that might remind you of a feeling, a place, or a small moment you’ve experienced before.
Photography started as a personal interest, and I still approach it that way. I occasionally take on client work, especially when the project feels like a good fit or something I’m genuinely curious about.
If you have something in mind, feel free to reach out.
